Course Sequence Guide

Over what period of time are you expecting to complete the program?

Please note that for the past few years, some graduate courses have been offered during the Summer session. We do not have a structured "Year Round" course sequence, but if funds are available to continue offering courses during the summer, you may want to incorporate those courses in your two, three, or four year plans of study. The graduate level courses offered have typically included:

  • SW 610 Computer Applications in Social Work
  • SW 720 An Advanced Human Behavior Course
  • A Social Work Elective.

Students that take SW 610 are generally entering the 2nd year of the 3 or 4 year program of study. Students taking the elective or the advanced human behavior course have completed all of the required 600 level courses.
