Professor Dr. Tom Packard teaches administration and social policy courses in the school, and conducts research and consultation projects through the Academy for Professional Excellence. He also serves as the advisor for the MSW/MPH program.
Dr. Packard is a faculty consultant with the Academy’s Southern Area Consortium for Human Services (SACHS), which includes eight county human service agencies in Southern California. He currently consults with the SACHS Leaders in Action initiative, training managers in the SACHS counties for executive positions.
