Biography
Dr. Dunkerley has over 15 years of social work practice experience, primarily in child welfare. Her areas of interest include the intersection of parent engagement in child welfare services, social work practices, and family outcomes; transfer of learning strategies as an approach to strengthening social work practice; and examining evidence-based parenting interventions in child welfare. Dr. Dunkerley is presently researching the relationship between parent engagement in child welfare services and family outcomes. She is also developing fidelity assessment processes for a coaching program for child welfare supervisors.
